We are not taking any further Vendor applications for this year for Trinkets and Treasures! We have the maximum amount of vendors we can fit into both gyms. We are really looking forward to this great event. The kids are getting excited to play for everyone andhelp make this the best year yet.
Come and be their cheering section. The students appreciate all the support you can offer. If you can, try to sit as a group.
Music in Motion Itinerary
Goddard Stadium (Mariner High School)
9:00 AM Leave Ferndale High School for Goddard Stadium
10:30 AM Arrive at the Goddard Stadium
Eat lunch before getting into uniform
2:40 PM Ferndale’s Prelims Performance
3:00 PM Change and watch remaining schools
5:30 PM Finals Begin – (performance time based on finish during prelims)
8:25 PM Retreat (awards)
9:00 PM Depart for Ferndale
10:30 PM Approximate arrival home and unloading
ADMISSIONS Wristbands will be sold near the main gate entrance.
$40 Family Pack – 2 Adults and 2 youth/ $15 Adult/ $10 Senior 65+,
$10 Military, College Students w/I.D

Our first football game is this Friday, September 13. Students need to be in uniform, ready to go by 5:30. Students can get their uniforms starting at 5:00 pm.
Remember! NO EATING IN UNIFORM! Eat before you come!
Students will play for the football game for the 1st quarter and part of the 2nd quarter and then prepare for their show. After they perform at half time, they will have a break during 3rd quarter and play for the last quarter. Everyone stays in uniform for the entire game.
Please do not share on any social media pictures or recordings of our show until after the first competition. Competitions are highly competitive and we don’t want to tip our hand before our first competition performance!
We are having a great first week of band camp and the kids are sounding AMAZING!
A few questions have come up in regards to orientation on Tuesday the 27th (for the freshman) and Wednesday the 28th (for the upperclassmen). On Tuesday the 27th, freshman will have orientation and it will start at 8:00am in the gym Also on Tuesday, the upperclassmen need to report to the library at 10:30am to get their picture taken for their asb card and to also get their computer. They do not need to come to band practice before 10:30. A sleep in day!! After they get their picture done and get their computer, they are to go to the band room. Freshmen will join camp when orientation is over. For upperclassmen, this replaces the orientation on Wednesday.

28th to get their pictures or computers and we will all leave for Lutherwood as
Band Camp starts this morning! Pack your lunch, get those comfy shoes on, grab your music, instrument and WHITE SLIP and we will see you there!
If you don’t have your WHITE SLIP, head over to the Office and get it. No one is allowed on the field without it.
Come to the Band Room to have your uniform fitted, sign your uniform contract and swim form (for Lutherwood – everyone needs to sign one even if you will not be swimming), pay your band fee $175 and get your questions anwered! Parent need to sign both the uniform contract and the swim form.

Please visit the ASB office Thursday August 15 between 10-12 to take care of everything else ASB related (ASB Cards, yearbooks, parking passes, past fees, etc) and obtain your white co-curricular slip. Bring to Band Camp Monday morning, August 19, 8:30 am. You must have this in order to participate in camp.
