Come to the Band Room to have your uniform fitted, sign your uniform contract and swim form (for Lutherwood – everyone needs to sign one even if you will not be swimming), pay your band fee $175 and get your questions anwered! Parent need to sign both the uniform contract and the swim form.

Please visit the ASB office Thursday August 15 between 10-12 to take care of everything else ASB related (ASB Cards, yearbooks, parking passes, past fees, etc) and obtain your white co-curricular slip. Bring to Band Camp Monday morning, August 19, 8:30 am. You must have this in order to participate in camp.

Our 2019 Band Picnic is this evening, June 4, at BP Cherry Point Rec Area. Cooking starts at 5:00 pm and we will eat at 6:00 pm.
What is provided:
The Band Booster organization will supply hamburgers and hamburger buns – parent volunteers will BBQ these on site.
What you need to bring:
This is a potluck so we are asking the following
Percussion: Side dishes of salads, beans, chips, etc….
Color Guard: Desserts
Sax and Mellophone: Hotdogs and Hotdog buns – parent volunteers will BBQ these on site (we are looking for about 200 total hotdogs and buns)
Clarinets: Plates, napkins, forks, knives, spoons
Trumpets: Lettuce, Ketchup, Mayo, Relish, Pickles
Low Brass: Sliced Cheese for Hamburgers
Also bring chairs, Frisbees, basketballs, etc.
